Equipment Manufacturing Process
Phase 1: Solution Customization & Commercial Contracting
Based on material type, size range, and chamfering process requirement provided by customer, accurately match machine model and output Equipment Selection & Technical Configuration Solution. After customer confirms solution details and quotation, both parties sign formal purchase contract, establishing cooperation intent and legal validity.
Phase 2: Production Scheduling & Workshop Material Release
After finance confirms receipt of contract deposit, project officially enters effect. PMC (Production Planning Department) issues Production Process Sheet to machining workshop and assembly workshop. Workshop retrieves quality-inspected castings and key outsourced components (motor, PLC, blade, etc.) according to document, arranges dedicated personnel for precision assembly.
Phase 3: Machine Assembly & In-house Integration Test
Assembly team follows drawing to complete mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of spindle headstock, fixture, and feeding mechanism. After complete machine assembly, commissioning engineer performs test cutting and accuracy calibration. Focus on testing operation stability, chamfer surface finish, and production cycle time, ensuring all metrics meet contract standard.
Phase 4: Pre-acceptance & Balance Settlement
After debugging passes standard, customer is invited to factory for on-site final acceptance. Customer can witness entire process of machine using raw material to produce qualified parts. After acceptance passes, customer pays remaining machine balance according to contract.
Phase 5: Logistics Shipment & Tracking Information
After finance confirms receipt of full payment, machine immediately receives professional export-grade packing (anti-rust film + wooden case reinforcement). We arrange shipment with long-term logistics partner, provide shipping order and logistics contact information to customer at first opportunity, assisting customer to track cargo status until machine safely arrives at destination.

Q1. Can this machine process what materials? Can my stainless steel tube be used?
A: Yes, absolutely. Our high-speed chamfering machine is specifically designed for metal, suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper, and non-metallic materials like nylon. For hard materials like stainless steel, we equip dedicated carbide blade and stronger spindle motor to ensure smooth cutting without burning tool.
Q2. Can I use same machine to process tubes of different diameters?
A: Yes. Machine comes with interchangeable collet chuck or self-centering fixture. As long as diameter is within machine's working range, just change to corresponding fixture. Adjustment is very simple and quick.
Q3. Can machine only chamfer 45 degree? What about 30 degree or flat end?
A: Standard model typically has fixed angle (mostly 45°), but we support customization. We can install adjustable angle cutter head (e.g., 15°/30°/45° adjustable). Cutter head design usually covers outer chamfer, inner chamfer, and flat end facing function.
