Core advantage of tailstock CNC automatic lathe is its creative solution to industry challenge where "automated machining" and "rigid support" for slender shaft parts cannot coexist. While retaining standard automatic lathe features of fully automatic loading/unloading and continuous high-efficiency production, this machine integrates programmable precision tailstock to provide stable "double-end centering" support for workpieces with large length-to-diameter (L/D) ratio.

This not only completely eliminates vibration and tool deflection in long shaft machining, ensuring superior dimensional accuracy and surface finish, but also enables "turning + drilling" in single setup.

Contract Signing & Project Kick-off

• Sign formal contract: After solution confirmation, sign formal contract clarifying technical specification, acceptance criteria, delivery schedule, payment terms, and responsibilities of both parties.

• Project launch: Upon receipt of agreed initial payment, project enters execution phase. We adhere to "payment before start" principle to ensure seriousness of resource commitment, and immediately initiate material procurement and production scheduling.

Lean Manufacturing & Process Validation

• Precision manufacturing & quality control: In standardized workshop, perform precision machining, assembly, and initial adjustment according to drawing and process. Implement strict in-process inspection to ensure quality of core components.

• In-house integrated debugging: After complete machine assembly, conduct comprehensive function, accuracy, and stability test using customer's typical workpiece (or substitute material). After meeting standards, invite customer for on-site or video pre-acceptance to jointly confirm machine performance.

Delivery, Packing & Shipping

• Delivery & packing: After customer passes pre-acceptance and shipment payment is settled, arrange professional packing and shipping with logistics tracking.

A: I understand your concern. Price we quoted is already fair price based on your configuration. If you can increase order quantity and pay full amount upfront, we can apply for special discount from company.

Q3. What if accuracy does not meet requirement?

A: In contract, we clearly specify that on-site acceptance test cutting of your workpiece passing standard is final criterion. If accuracy fails during acceptance, we will adjust machine until it meets contract requirement. If final adjustment still cannot satisfy requirement, you have right to return machine for full refund.
