Post Feeding CNC Automatic Lathe
Post feeding CNC automatic lathe belongs to automated derivative type of CNC lathe, integrating automatic bar feeding system, spindle headstock, CNC system, hydraulic / pneumatic devices, and chip removal system. Through preset program, it controls rear-mounted feeding mechanism to push long bar stock (typically 3m, 4m, or 6m length) into machining area step by step at set feed length. After completing turning, drilling, tapping, and other processes, spindle collet or manipulator automatically unloads finished part, forming closed loop of "loading -machining- unloading". This design makes post feeding lathe particularly adept at handling shaft workpieces with large length-to-diameter ratio, solving problems of whipping, tool chatter, and human intervention risk that occur when machining long bar stock on conventional lathes.

Debugging & Inspection
After whole machine assembly completion, assign technician to debug and inspect equipment, checking whether machine meets customer machining requirements. After debugging passes, notify customer for acceptance.
Packing & Shipment
After customer passes acceptance and pays remaining balance, arrange shipment and provide shipping tracking information.
After-sales Service

A: Regarding payment terms, our standard and most fair & secure terms for both sides are: 30% deposit to confirm order, 70% balance paid before shipment. For shipping, we most commonly use FOB terms. After machine is packed in wooden case, we are responsible for safely transporting machine to port of loading and loading onto vessel. You arrange main ocean freight and insurance.
