This lathe uses hydraulic energy converted to mechanical energy to perform main actions (such as spindle clamping, slide forward/backward movement, cut-off, etc.). Control system automatically completes entire machining cycle according to preset program without need for continuous manual operation. Features include high output force, smooth operation, fast response, and suitability for high-volume continuous production.
Typical examples include hydraulic automatic lathe, hydraulic automatic milling machine, hydraulic automatic chamfering/cut-off machine, and multi-station hydraulic modular machine tool. This series of lathes can increase or reduce number of carriage cylinder units based on complexity of workpiece machining processes. Available in single-cylinder, double-cylinder, triple-cylinder, and four-cylinder models to meet automatic machining requirements of single-process or multi-process operations for various workpieces.

Sample Submission, Deposit & Production Scheduling
Customer sends sample material for testing. After contract signing, customer pays 30%-50% deposit. Factory issues production process sheet, workshop performs precision machining and final assembly according to plan.
Debugging, Acceptance & Balance Settlement
Complete machine assembly and self-testing completed. Customer is invited to factory or remote acceptance via video. After acceptance passes, customer pays remaining balance.
Delivery, Sign-off & Closed-loop Archiving
After receiving balance, factory arranges professional packing and shipment to designated location. Customer signs on-site receipt, confirming equipment transport without damage. Transaction completed.
