Solution Design & Written Confirmation

Based on measured data and mutually agreed requirements, we will tailor detailed machine design solution for you. This solution requires joint review and confirmation by both parties to ensure complete alignment of design direction and avoid future misunderstanding.

Contract Signing & Project Kick-off

After solution confirmation, we will sign formal contract, specifying deliverables, acceptance criteria, schedule, price, and payment terms. After you pay agreed project kick-off deposit, production plan will formally start.

Manufacturing & In-house Validation

After manufacturing and assembly completion, machine will undergo strict debugging before shipment. At that time, we will provide complete machining validation video, visually demonstrating whole process of machine using your supplied raw material, stably producing qualified parts, and performing on-site measurement. This video will serve as important acceptance reference.

Final Acceptance, Delivery & Shipment

After video validation or in-house pre-acceptance is passed, and contractually agreed payment is completed, machine will be arranged for shipment. We will provide installation, debugging, and operation training service to ensure smooth production startup at your facility.

FAQ

 

Q: 1. Is machine noise loud? Can normal conversation happen in workshop?

A: Operating noise level is approximately 65-75 dB, not harsh. Optional fully enclosed protective cover provides sound insulation inside cover, while normal conversation is possible outside cover.

Q: 2. How are chips and coolant handled? Will there be splashing?

A: Standard configuration includes internal guarding and chip guide chute. 90% of chips fall into chip collection cart. For coolant, optional minimum quantity lubrication or oil mist recovery system keeps floor essentially free of oil stains.

Q: 3. What happens during sudden power outage? Will machine automatically resume when power returns?

A: No. For safety, after power outage/restoration, manual start button press is required. However, machine automatically returns to home position, preventing tool collision or workpiece damage.
