Scope of Application
High‑mix, high‑volume production of boxes, plates, housings, and irregular parts requiring precision milling, drilling, and 3D contouring. Performs well in job shops and automated cells.
Equipment Manufacturing Process
Foundation – Customer pours concrete at least 300 mm thick (no rebar) per our drawing, away from vibration and temperature changes.
Utilities – Customer provides 380V three‑phase power and clean dry air (filtration ≤100 μm). A voltage stabilizer and air dryer are optional but recommended.
Machine arrival – Joint unpacking inspection. Customer does rough leveling and mechanical positioning. Our engineers then fine‑tune, calibrate, and conduct one day of on‑site operator training.
Acceptance – We notify customer 30 days before shipment for pre‑acceptance at our factory. Final acceptance on‑site includes checking accessories, running performance tests, and verifying accuracy with customer's own measuring tools. Any test not possible on‑site can be done at our factory.
Shipment – After balance payment, machine is rust‑proofed, packed in a wooden case, and shipped. An engineer accompanies to finalize leveling and provide training.

A: On‑site training (1 day after installation, covering basic operation and maintenance) – travel and accommodation at our expense. Factory training (up to 5 days after contract, covering CNC operation, maintenance, fault diagnosis, programming) – travel and accommodation at customer's expense. Customer provides free working lunch.
Q2. Warranty policy?
A: 12 months free from arrival date. User damage requires paid repair. After warranty, service continues with parts and labor charges. Lifetime maintenance. Ownership remains with us until full payment.
Q3. Why are rapids all 30 m/min?
A: Uniform speed eliminates acceleration mismatches during three‑axis interpolation, reducing path deviation in 3D contouring and shortening non‑cutting time, especially for high‑speed machining of aluminum and composites. The 35/45/45 guideway combination and 3 kW servos are tuned for this balance.
