Phase 2: Solution Design & Configuration Finalization
Based on precise process decoding, our engineering team selects the most suitable machine platform (e.g., vertical/horizontal, slant bed, multi-axis complex), and performs in-depth customized configuration: from spindle torque, tool magazine capacity, CNC system and servo drive selection, to planning of special fixtures, custom tooling, cooling and chip evacuation solutions. A complete technical agreement and 3D layout plan are then established.
Phase 3: Precision Manufacturing & Integration Verification
After solution confirmation, we enter the core manufacturing stage. This includes aging treatment of high-quality castings, five-face precision machining of large structural components, and assembly & tuning of key functional parts (e.g., ball screws, guideways, spindle stock). Finally, we perform complete machine integration and cutting validation using your representative parts, ensuring that the equipment meets the predetermined performance, accuracy, and stability standards before delivery - achieving reliable "turnkey" delivery.
