After material readiness, proceed with assembly according to plan. During this phase, factory can regularly (e.g., weekly) update customer on progress. Key milestones can be documented with photos or video for feedback, building trust.

In-house Debugging & Pre-acceptance

After machine assembly completion, conduct comprehensive in-house debugging and test cutting to meet contract technical standards. Invite customer to factory (or via video call) for pre-acceptance.

05/

Payment, Shipment & Document Handover

After customer passes pre-acceptance, customer pays contract balance. Factory receives balance and processes shipment procedures.
