01/

Requirement Locking & Digital Solution

Customer provides 3D model. CAD/CAM analysis, simulate tool path and interference. Decide on gearbox, side milling head (90° or universal), or 32T magazine.

02/

Contract & MES Scheduling

Sign. Customer builds foundation (per drawing) and embeds anchor bolts. We create MES work order, track casting aging, import part arrival, shop scheduling. Customer views real‑time via platform.

03/

High‑rigidity Assembly & Accuracy

Laser tracker checks beam‑column perpendicularity. Granite straightedge adjusts straightness of 55‑type guides. Scrape Z box way and ram plastic surface for ≥18 contact points/25×25 mm. Test hydraulic balancing cylinder for ram hold during power loss. Connect double screw + chain conveyor, test chip conveying ≥5 m³/h.

04/

Factory Test & Acceptance

Run 48 h, monitor spindle vibration ≤1.0 mm/s, record repeat positioning. Test cut customer's large mold or long plate, measure Ra ≤1.6 μm. Customer onsite/video acceptance → pay balance. Vacuum rust‑proof, heavy wooden case with vibration pads, ship.

05/

Installation & Digital Delivery

Engineer onsite install, re‑calibrate, calibrate side head. Provide training and complete electronic docs (parameter backup, PLC ladder, electrical schematic, wear parts 3D). Activate remote diagnosis. Sign final acceptance → 12‑month warranty, lifetime maintenance.

Q1. Why 63 mm diameter ballscrew on X?

A: X travel 2000 mm and carries 4 t total weight. Larger diameter resists sagging and ensures rigidity. Y/Z shorter travel, lighter load → 50 mm enough.

Q2. Benefit of optional gearbox?

A: Gearbox gives high/low ranges (1:1 and 4:1). Low range boosts torque to 292 Nm for heavy cast iron/steel cuts. Standard belt torque is 236 Nm. Gearbox expands capability.

Q3. Hydraulic balancing cylinder purpose?

A: Z ram and spindle head are heavy. Cylinder offsets ~80% of weight, reducing ballscrew load and wear, improving positioning accuracy and response, extending screw life.
