3. Quotation & Contract: Both parties carefully review solution content. Customer confirms solution meets requirement, then signs formal contract.

Phase 2: Manufacturing & Quality Control

 

1. Production Arrangement: After receiving customer deposit (typically 30%-50%), issue production process sheet, arrange workshop production.

2. Assembly & Self-Check: After machine assembly completion according to contract specifications, perform debugging and testing.

Phase 3: Acceptance & Delivery

 

1. Customer Acceptance: After debugging passes, notify customer for on-site machine inspection, or use actual material sent by customer for sample machining, record high-definition video for video acceptance.

2. Shipment & Logistics: After customer pays balance, arrange machine packing and transport according to packing requirements and delivery location specified in contract.

Q3. What to do if tapping depth is inconsistent?

A: Follow below sequence to check:
Check if proximity switch/sensing stop is loose or covered by chips.
For pneumatic model, check if air supply pressure is stable (recommended 0.4-0.6 MPa). Insufficient pressure causes weak feed and mid-cycle stop.
Check if tap holder is slipping or if spindle has axial play.
