Equipment Manufacturing Process
Inquiry & requirement confirmation: Customer provides workpiece drawing. Both parties confirm machine model, configuration (CNC system, turret, spindle, etc.), and technical parameters.
Solution & contract preparation: Manufacturer prepares contract based on customer requirements, including product specification, pricing terms (typically FOB), payment method, and delivery date. Customer signature confirms order.
Deposit payment: Customer pays 30%-50% of contract value as advance payment.
Production & progress update: After receiving deposit, factory arranges production. Factory can periodically send production progress photos or videos to customer (e.g., bed casting, assembly process).
Pre-shipment acceptance: After machine assembly and debugging completion, customer is invited to factory for pre-shipment testing.
Balance payment: After acceptance, customer pays remaining 70%-50% balance.
Transport & shipment: After machine is packed in wooden case, factory arranges truck transport to delivery location specified in contract.
