PLC (programmable logic controller) or microcomputer programmer automatically controls sequence of each operation step according to preset machining program, completing automatic bar/billet feeding → hydraulic clamping → multi-tool post composite cutting (turning outer diameter, facing, grooving, drilling, chamfering, tapping, etc.) → cut-off → finished part discharge → cycle restart.
