Technical Design & Solution Finalization
Based on confirmed requirements, perform non-standard customized process planning, output equipment design solution for customer review and reference.
Contract Signing & Sample Retention for Production
After reaching cooperation intent, sign formal purchase contract, specifying delivery schedule, acceptance criteria, and payment milestones. Customer pays deposit according to contract, sends sufficient production sample to our facility as benchmark for subsequent debugging, ensuring consistency between test run and actual production.
Manufacturing & Precision Assembly
After receiving production order, proceed with bed, guideway, and electrical wiring assembly strictly according to contract specifications. Implement quality control throughout entire process, ensuring machine bed rigidity and ultra-high stability of CNC system operation.
In-house Debugging & Video Acceptance
After machine assembly completion, conduct full-load test run using customer sample. Simultaneously record video of "machining process + finished part measurement" for customer confirmation. After customer approves accuracy and cycle time, customer pays shipment balance.
Shipment & Delivery
After receiving customer balance, reinforce and pack machine, arrange logistics transport to customer designated delivery location, await customer sign-off.

We provide: 1) Video guidance: detailed installation, wiring, and programming video. 2) Remote assistance: step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp/WeChat video call. 3) On-site service: if engineer needs to travel abroad, travel expenses are covered by customer (rarely needed).
Q3. How long is warranty period? Where to buy parts if machine breaks down?
A: Whole machine warranty is 1 year. After warranty period, we provide lifetime technical support. We include one set of wear parts with shipment. For future replacement, just provide part number. We ship via DHL fast delivery with low cost.
