High Speed Vertical Machining Center

Conventional vertical machining centers often waste time moving between cuts. This high speed model attacks that inefficiency directly. With 48 m/min rapids on X, Y, and Z, it spends less time repositioning and more time removing metal. Travels are 800 mm on X, 550 mm on Y, and 550 mm on Z. Worktable measures 1000 by 550 mm and supports up to 600 kg. Three spindle configurations are available: belt drive at 10,000 rpm, direct drive at 12,000 rpm, or motor spindle at 15,000 rpm. Taper is BT40; HSK‑A63 optional. Spindle power reaches 11, 15, or 18.5 kW, delivering 118 Nm torque. Mold shops, automotive suppliers, and 3C component manufacturers benefit most.

Box parts, flat plates, housings, and irregular workpieces all run faster on this machine. Precision milling, drilling, tapping, and 3D contouring are standard. It works equally well in job shops that need quick changeovers and in fully automated cells running around the clock.

Equipment Manufacturing Process

The warranty lasts 12 months from the machine's arrival date. During this period, Hodao provides free repair for any defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes, improper operation, unauthorized repair or modification, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines. After the warranty period ends, Hodao continues to offer lifetime maintenance support. Spare parts and labor are charged at standard rates. The machine's ownership remains with Hodao until full payment is received.

Operator Training Options

Training is provided in two ways. Option one: on-site training at the customer's facility, conducted immediately after installation. This covers daily operation, basic programming, and routine maintenance. Hodao covers travel and accommodation. Option two: factory training at Hodao's facility in Suzhou, scheduled after contract signing. This lasts up to five days and covers advanced CNC programming, system diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. The customer pays for travel and accommodation. For both options, the customer provides a free working lunch each day.
