Box parts, flat plates, housings, and irregular workpieces all run faster on this machine. Precision milling, drilling, tapping, and 3D contouring are standard. It works equally well in job shops that need quick changeovers and in fully automated cells running around the clock.
Equipment Manufacturing Process
The warranty lasts 12 months from the machine's arrival date. During this period, Hodao provides free repair for any defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes, improper operation, unauthorized repair or modification, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines. After the warranty period ends, Hodao continues to offer lifetime maintenance support. Spare parts and labor are charged at standard rates. The machine's ownership remains with Hodao until full payment is received.
Operator Training Options
Training is provided in two ways. Option one: on-site training at the customer's facility, conducted immediately after installation. This covers daily operation, basic programming, and routine maintenance. Hodao covers travel and accommodation. Option two: factory training at Hodao's facility in Suzhou, scheduled after contract signing. This lasts up to five days and covers advanced CNC programming, system diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. The customer pays for travel and accommodation. For both options, the customer provides a free working lunch each day.
