Scope of Application

 

Designed for torque‑demanding components like engine blocks, mold bases, and heavy boxes, enabling efficient powerful milling, drilling, and rigid tapping.

 

Equipment Manufacturing Process

Configuration: Choose BT50 spindle (6000 rpm belt, 236 Nm) and optional 32T magazine.

Site: Reinforced foundation ≥500 mm with isolation trench. Three‑phase 380V and dry air (0.6 MPa, filtration ≤100 μm).

Assembly: Mount Y‑axis four 45‑type rails, X‑axis 55‑type rail, Z‑axis box way. Install 50×P10 C3 ballscrews, preloaded. Add BT40 direct‑drive 12k spindle (for reference, but note main is BT50?
