Machine adopts mountain-rib and torque tube reinforced bed, three-axis ball linear guideways (X/Y 30-type, Z 35-type), combined with C3 class precision ballscrew (32×P16), pre-stretched to eliminate thermal elongation. Standard Beiju servo umbrella-type 21T tool magazine features fast tool selection and taper shank blow-off function during tool change, effectively preventing chip residue. Spindle has built-in oil cooling system, standard rear flushing chip removal, optional electrical cabinet air conditioner. Positioning accuracy ±0.005/300mm, repeatability ±0.003/300mm. Overall machine dimensions 2035×2440×2740mm, total weight approx. 3t, small footprint.

Scope of Application
Suitable for high-volume high-speed drilling, tapping, and rigid tapping of small precision parts such as 5G communication cavities, new energy electronic control boxes, mobile phone middle frames, heat sinks, and medical devices. Also suitable for high-speed milling of aluminum alloy thin-walled parts.
Equipment Manufacturing Process
Step 1: Process solution matching – Based on customer workpiece material (aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, small stainless steel parts) and production volume, determine spindle speed (standard 20000rpm or optional 24000rpm) and fixturing solution (pneumatic vise, vacuum chuck, etc.). Output customized quotation and delivery time.
Step 2: Contract and site preparation – After contract signing, customer constructs foundation per drawing (C30 concrete, thickness ≥500mm, simplified), pre-installs three-phase 380V stabilized power supply (wire gauge ≥10mm²) and 0.6MPa clean air source (including filter-regulator-lubricator). Our side simultaneously procures Taiwan-made BT30 spindle, THK ballscrews/guideways, and servo tool magazine.
Step 3: Modular assembly and accuracy testing – Use constant-temperature workshop for assembly. Machine guideway mounting surfaces on bed and column in single clamping. Assemble X/Y/Z axis ball linear guideways and ballscrews, preload to eliminate backlash. Install direct-drive spindle and 21T umbrella tool magazine, debug tool change blow-off air pressure. After machine completion, use laser interferometer to compensate three-axis positioning error, use ballbar to detect roundness.
Step 4: High-speed performance verification – Run no-load continuously for 48 hours (spindle speed 20000rpm), monitor spindle temperature rise and vibration. Use typical part provided by customer (e.g., 5G cavity) for drilling and tapping test, inspect thread go/no-go gauge.
Step 5: Customer acceptance and shipment – Customer visits factory or watches test cut via video. After acceptance, customer pays remaining balance. Apply anti-rust treatment, pack in wooden case, and ship. Engineer performs on-site installation, leveling, and provides 1-day operation and maintenance training (including tool magazine parameter adjustment, common alarm handling). Complimentary wear parts kit (belt, seal ring, blow-off nozzle) and electronic operation manual are included.

Q1. How to choose between standard 20000rpm spindle and optional 24000rpm spindle?
A: 20000rpm spindle has moderate torque (approx. 20Nm), suitable for aluminum alloy drilling and tapping threads below M6. 24000rpm spindle is suitable for micro holes (Φ<3mm) and high-gloss milling, but low-speed torque is slightly weaker. Selection depends on common tool diameter and material.
Q2. What is tool change time of servo umbrella-type tool magazine?
A: Tool-to-tool change time is approx. 1.8 seconds. Magazine disc is driven by servo motor, providing fast random tool selection. Combined with taper shank blow-off, it keeps tool holder clean and reduces spindle wear.
Q3. What is machine's compressed air flow requirement?
A: Dry air of no less than 300L/min is required. Otherwise, insufficient blow-off pressure may cause chip adhesion to tool holder taper bore. Customer is advised to install oil-water separator at air source inlet (optional, available from our side).
