Scope of Application

 

Works well in high‑mix, high‑volume production of boxes, plates, housings, irregular shapes. Performs precision milling, drilling, tapping, 3D contouring. Suitable for job shops and automated cells.

 

Equipment Manufacturing Process

 

Customer pours concrete slab ≥300 mm thick (no rebar) per drawing, away from vibration and temperature swings. Supplies 380V three‑phase power and clean dry air (≤100 μm). Voltage stabilizer and air dryer optional. Upon machine arrival, joint unpacking inspection. Customer does rough leveling. Our engineers then fine‑tune, calibrate, and provide one day on‑site training. Pre‑acceptance at our factory 30 days before shipment. Final acceptance at customer site: check accessories, run performance tests, verify accuracy with customer tools. Tests not possible on‑site can be done at our factory. After balance payment, anti‑rust, wooden case, ship. Engineer accompanies for final leveling and training.

Q1. How is operator training arranged?

A: On‑site: one day after install, basic operation and maintenance – our travel cost. Factory: up to five days after contract, programming and diagnostics – customer travel cost. Customer provides free lunch.

Q2. What does warranty cover?

A: 12 months free for defects. User damage paid. After warranty, parts + labor. Lifetime support. Ownership until full payment.

Q3. Why 48 m/min rapids on all axes?

A: Short travels (800/550/550 mm) and light moving parts allow high acceleration. Low‑friction 35/45/45 guides and tuned servos cut non‑cutting time. Great for aluminum and composites.
