Machine Delivery & Site Preparation

Before the machine arrives, the customer must complete a few tasks. Pour a concrete foundation at least 300 mm thick with no steel reinforcement. Keep the installation area away from vibration sources and large temperature swings. Provide three-phase 380V power and clean, dry compressed air filtered to 100 microns. If local power or air quality is poor, a voltage stabilizer and air dryer are strongly recommended.

On-Site Process

Upon delivery, our representative and the customer conduct a joint unpacking inspection. The customer then performs rough leveling and mechanical positioning. After that, our engineers take over. We fine-tune the machine, run full Renishaw laser calibration, and provide one full day of on-site operator training. We cover our engineers' travel and accommodation.

Q2. How does the warranty work on a machine this size?

A: Twelve months from arrival date. Free repair for manufacturing defects. User‑caused damage (crashes, improper use, unauthorized modification) requires paid repair.
