This machine is built around two independent spindles working in parallel. With a span of 670 mm between spindles, it can machine two identical parts simultaneously or perform roughing and finishing on a single large workpiece. The extra-wide base and raised column provide the rigidity needed for heavy cuts in mold and box-type components.

Rigid construction comes from mountain-rib and torque-tube design, plus 45-type roller guides on all linear axes. The table handles 600 kg and measures 1400×650 mm. Spindle options: belt 10,000 rpm or direct 12,000 rpm, with 7.3/11 kW motor and 52.5 Nm torque. Dual 24-tool disc magazines offer 48 tools total. Fast rapids at 24 m/min on all axes. Precision: ±0.005/300 mm positioning, ±0.003/300 mm repeatability. Weight 8 tons.

Scope of Application

 

Box parts, housings, plates, discs, and irregular shapes needing precision milling, drilling, rigid tapping, and 3D contouring. Especially suitable for high‑volume production where two spindles cut cycle time in half..

 

Equipment Manufacturing Process

01/

Step 1 – Joint planning – Discuss workpiece drawing, material, accuracy, output, and automation needs. Provide foundation drawing (reinforced concrete ≥600 mm, strength ≥20.68 MPa, away from vibration). Customer pre‑installs 380V power.

02/

Step 2 – Contract & preparation – Sign contract with clear acceptance, delivery, payment, and 12‑month warranty. After deposit, start casting aging and long‑lead procurement (THK guides, ballscrews, etc.). Customer supplies cable (YJV 4×14 mm²), clean air (100 μm filter, 12 mm tube), and oils (hydraulic ISO VG32/46, guide ISO VG68).

03/

Step 3 – Build & test – Five‑side mill bed, column, other large parts. Assemble C3 ballscrews (40×P12), 45‑type roller guides, BT40 spindle (oil cooled, ring coolant), dual 24‑T magazines. Run laser compensation, ballbar test, no‑load run, monitor spindle temp, noise, vibration.

04/

Step 4 – Customer acceptance & shipment – On‑site or video test cut with customer's sample. After OK, pay balance. Rust‑proof, wooden case. Engineer travels to site for install, leveling, training (1 day customer site or up to 5 days at our factory). Sign acceptance document → 12‑month warranty, lifetime support.

A: Two 24‑T magazines (total 48 tools) let you pre‑load roughing and finishing tools separately, or group tools by material/process, drastically reducing wait time for tool changes. Ideal for complex molds and mixed‑batch production.

Q2. Lubrication and pneumatics?

A: Volumetric lubrication with pressure‑relief pump delivers fixed‑pressure, fixed‑quantity oil. Pneumatic: CKD three‑unit + control valve + water separator for clean, dry air – prevents rust, extends solenoid and cylinder life.

Q3. Installation environment?

A: Temperature 15‑25°C (variation ≤±2°C/24h), humidity 40‑75% at 20°C. Power 380V±10%, 50Hz, ground copper wire ≥10 mm², resistance <4Ω. Use voltage stabilizer if needed; add air dryer and filter for unclean air. Foundation: grouted, ≥600 mm thick per drawing.
