High Performance Horizontal Machining Center

This high performance horizontal machining center features a high-torque BT50 spindle (belt drive, 6000 rpm) with a maximum torque of 236 Nm, combined with three-axis 55-type roller linear guideways, enabling powerful heavy cutting of difficult-to-machine materials such as cast iron and steel. The large X/Y/Z travels (1100/900/1000 mm) accommodate medium to large workpieces.

Machine adopts moving column layout. Worktable size 630×630mm, 1° indexing, load capacity 1200kg. Three-axis drive motor power is 3kW (FANUC system) or 4.5kW (Mitsubishi system). Ballscrew preload nuts eliminate backlash. Standard disc-type armless 24T tool magazine, upgradeable to chain-type 40T, meeting multi-tool requirements for complex parts. Electrical cabinet air conditioner, oil cooler, and volumetric lubrication system are all standard.

Five-side machining of bed and column, assemble 55-type linear guideways, C3 ballscrew, BT50 spindle, perform laser interferometer compensation on complete machine.

Final Acceptance and Shipment

After customer acceptance, pay remaining balance, apply anti-rust treatment, ship in wooden case, engineer provides on-site installation and training, sign acceptance document.
