The large X/Y/Z travels (1100/900/1000 mm) accommodate medium to large workpieces.

Machine adopts moving column layout. Worktable size 630×630mm, 1° indexing, load capacity 1200kg. Three-axis drive motor power is 3kW (FANUC system) or 4.5kW (Mitsubishi system). Ballscrew preload nuts eliminate backlash. Standard disc-type armless 24T tool magazine, upgradeable to chain-type 40T, meeting multi-tool requirements for complex parts. Electrical cabinet air conditioner, oil cooler, and volumetric lubrication system are all standard.

Production and Joint Debugging

Five-side machining of bed and column, assemble 55-type linear guideways, C3 ballscrew, BT50 spindle, perform laser interferometer compensation on complete machine.

04/

Final Acceptance and Shipment

After customer acceptance, pay remaining balance, apply anti-rust treatment, ship in wooden case, engineer provides on-site installation and training, sign acceptance document.

A: Chain tool magazine has larger capacity (40T), can store more types of tools, reduces frequent tool changes and manual intervention, suitable for automated machining of complex parts requiring multiple processes and many tools.

Q2. Is spindle oil cooler and electrical cabinet air conditioner standard?

A: Yes. Spindle oil cooler is standard, effectively suppressing thermal growth and ensuring long-term machining accuracy. Electrical cabinet air conditioner keeps electrical components at constant temperature, preventing dust and oil mist from entering.

Q3. What consumables does customer need to prepare for installation and commissioning?

A: Prepare hydraulic oil (ISO VG32 for winter / VG46 for summer), guideway oil (ISO VG68), spindle oil (P-5), as well as cable (YJV 4×14mm²) and air source with filtration accuracy 100μm. Recommended oil brand is "Chuan Yi".
