Fit 55‑type guides, C3 screws, BT50 spindle, 24‑tool magazine. Run laser compensation and circular test.

Acceptance & Delivery

Customer does test cut (onsite or video). Pay balance, wooden case, ship. On‑site install and training.

Q1. Worktable indexing accuracy?

A: 1° indexing is standard, good for conventional multi‑face work. Upgrade to 0.001° indexing available (specify in order).

Q2. Rapid traverse and ballscrews?

A: X/Y/Z rapids 20/20/20 m/min, cutting feed 0‑10 m/min. Ballscrews: C3, dia. 50 mm, pitch 12 mm. Guides: 55‑type roller, excellent rigidity.

Q3. Foundation and total weight?

A: Weight ~13.5 t. Foundation: reinforced concrete ≥600 mm thick, strength ≥20.68 MPa, away from vibration. Grouted type recommended.
