Preliminary Alignment
Discuss material, size, accuracy (±0.005/300, ±0.003/300), automation. Output solution and quote.
Contract & Site Prep
Sign. Customer builds foundation (≥600 mm, ≥20.68 MPa), pre‑installs 380V, clean air (100 μm filter), and oils.
Production & Joint Debug
Five‑side mill bed/column.Assemble 55‑type roller guides, C3 ballscrew (50×P12), BT50 belt spindle (6000 rpm), 24‑T magazine. Laser compensation and circular test.
Final Acceptance & Shipment
Customer onsite/video test cut. Pay balance, rust‑proof, wooden case, ship. Engineer installs, levels, trains (1 day). Sign acceptance.

Q1. Remote fault diagnosis?
A: FANUC 0iMF has Ethernet port. With remote monitoring module, real‑time alarms and program transfer possible. Details in contract.
Q2. When must oil cooler and cabinet AC be used?
A: Oil cooler: run if continuous operation >4 hours or ambient >30°C – stabilizes spindle thermal displacement. Cabinet AC: mandatory in humid or dusty shops to prevent electrical shorts.
Q3. Can 700 mm high workpiece be machined?
A: Spindle nose to table: 50‑750 mm. Theoretical max height 700 mm with short holder. Longer tool reduces actual height. Leave safety margin.
