Tailstock CNC Lathe (especially hydraulic/servo type) delivers core advantage of solving machining pain points of long and slender shaft parts - poor rigidity and vibration proneness - while improving efficiency through automation integration.

This machine adopts "chuck + center" dual-support structure, greatly enhancing system rigidity, effectively suppressing bending and vibration during cutting of long workpieces, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface finish. It is especially suitable for complex processes such as deep hole drilling, reaming, and multi-step turning of long shaft parts.

With automatic bar feeder, machine achieves unattended operation, allowing one operator to manage multiple machines. Compared with manual tailstock, setup requires only parameter modification in CNC system, without frequent manual locking. Changeover time is fast.

Q2. Which parts require Tailstock CNC Lathe?

A: Long shaft parts: shaft, rod, or tube with L/D ratio ≥ 4 must use tailstock center for support. Otherwise, excessive overhang causes tool deflection, leading to taper or chatter marks.
