This is 45° slant bed small CNC lathe specifically designed for short shafts, stepped shafts, disc parts, and tubular components. It adopts high-rigidity structure of "integral slant bed + linear guideways" and integrates pneumatic front feeding and vibratory bowl loading system, achieving seamless transition from single-part machining to high-volume automated production. This machine core-solves high-precision, high-efficiency, and "one operator, multiple machines" production requirements for short and small parts.

Equipment Manufacturing Process

Phase 1: Requirement Analysis & Solution Confirmation

• Technical communication: In-depth communication with customer to clarify workpiece, material, production target, accuracy requirement, and automation need.

• Solution & quotation: Provide technical solution and commercial quotation.

• Contract signing: Sign sales contract, specifying all technical specifications, acceptance criteria, payment terms, and after-sales service provisions.

Phase 2: Production Preparation & Kick-off

• Project initiation: After receiving deposit, hold internal project kick-off meeting and issue Production Task Order.

• Procurement & material preparation: Purchase long-lead key components (e.g., spindle, CNC system). Release material for machining structural parts such as bed and housing.

Phase 3: Production Assembly & In-process Inspection

• Mechanical assembly: Complete assembly and leveling of core mechanical components including bed, guideways, spindle, and turret.

• Electrical assembly: Complete electrical cabinet wiring, sensor installation, and whole machine wiring.

• In-process inspection: Perform inspection at critical process steps (e.g., after spindle installation).

Phase 4: In-house Debugging & Pre-acceptance

• Comprehensive debugging: Conduct no-load run, function test, and test part cutting to ensure machine meets agreed requirements before shipment.

• Pre-acceptance: Invite customer (or via video) for in-house pre-acceptance to confirm machine performance.

• Final confirmation: After customer acceptance, customer pays remaining balance of machine.

Phase 5: Packing, Shipment & On-site Delivery

• Professional packing: Use wooden case packing per customer requirement.

• Logistics shipment: Arrange transportation, provide packing list and shipping waybill information.

Phase 6: Installation & Commissioning

• Installation & commissioning: Engineer performs on-site installation, leveling, wiring, debugging, and produces qualified parts.

• Training & handover: Provide systematic training to customer operator and maintenance personnel.

Q1: What materials is this machine suitable for? What is maximum machining size?

A: Suitable for copper, aluminum, 45# steel, stainless steel, and engineering plastics. Typical machining range: diameter Φ4-32 mm (customizable for larger size), length 10-80 mm (limited by front feeding). If customer mainly processes slender long shafts, rear feeding model is recommended.

Q2: Does vibratory bowl feeder cause jamming? How to ensure stability?

A: We use anti-jamming chute design and material shortage detection sensor. Before shipment, we customize and test chute for your specific part shape, and provide vibratory bowl adjustment training, ensuring extremely low jamming rate in batch production.

Q3: Can machine achieve "one operator, multiple machines" fully automatic production?

A: Yes, absolutely. This is core application scenario of this machine model. With automatic door, centralized chip removal, and remote monitoring system, operator only needs to periodically refill material and perform spot checks. Single operator can manage 3-5 machines.
