Widely used in aerospace (small blades, connectors), medical (bone plates, screws), optical molds, watch parts – industries demanding high accuracy and surface finish.

 

Equipment Manufacturing Process

01/

Step 1. Solution design – Recommend fixturing (three‑jaw chuck, vacuum chuck, zero‑point quick change) based on typical part. Provide DFM report and cutting parameters.

02/

Step 2. Contract and site survey – Free site survey covering temperature control, air source dryness, and grounding resistance. Customer builds foundation per drawing (thickness ≥500 mm, with anti‑vibration trench).

03/

Step 3. Core component assembly – Assemble THK ballscrews and guideways in constant‑temperature workshop (20°C). Check air gap for DD motor; preload table bearings as per specification.

04/

Step 4. Five‑axis integration and test cut – Calibrate A/C axis centerline using ballbar, perform RTCP dynamic test. Provide test‑cut part (e.g., aluminum alloy impeller) and inspection report.

05/

Step 5. Acceptance, shipment, and follow‑up service – After acceptance, pack in wooden case with moisture inhibitor and ship. Engineer installs on‑site and provides 3‑day training (including system parameter backup). Complimentary five‑axis post‑processor template (UG/PowerMill).
